| A superb and most beautiful Hotel. Everything is in a "royal style". Breakfast is outstanding . Service is very polite. The room was very confortable and well maintained. The "Bar" is quite expensive and you have to check that other romm's service was not registered on your account (as it happened to me, but was promptly corrected).The garden arround the Hotel is marvelous. Through your site, I got a very good price for the room. |

| Everything was wonderful, except one time the chambermaid forgot to leave small towels, bathrobe, bathmat,and the beds were not serviced one of the nights. No chocolate on the pillows, very dissapointing! A part from that, the front desk, conceirge, and others were very attentive and provided terrific service. Food was excellent. Breakfast buffet was outstanding. Main restaurant was great. |

| Beautiful romantic palace with updated rooms. Wake up service unreliable, almost lost my plane! Washroom was spacious and well furnished. Breakfast is free and served in a beautiful well decorated room. A gorgeous place to rest with a historical twist. Price was right |

| The rooms were exceptional,the service excellent and the restaurant food ,service and facilities faultless. The staff were fantastic and made our stay most enjoyable. The location was fine and the Taxi service always available and the cost most reasonable. We would highly recommend the Pestana Palace when staying in Lisbon. |
