| This is my second time here as i know what i get. Very clean rooms, goos breakfast, frendly staff and in a safe quite area. |

| Rooms were very nice, well kespt, responding perfectly to our needs. Location vary good, staff very polite and helpful |

| Overall the hotel was very nice and the staff very friendly, however the late night noise on one night was disgusting with people screaming, laughing, shouting, banging doors and generally being thoughtless to other residents.This went on from midnight to 3.00am. Also we were unable to eat in the dining room one night because of groups that were staying in the hotel..were told we could eat maybe after 9.30pm which was too late. I would have thought that there should always be seating available for residents to eat regardless of how many people/groups there are. |

| Friendly service, welcomed you personally nobody was rude, the room was clean and nice size, breakfast was ok only hot food could have been better but the location was in a safe quiet area close to metro and great walking oppertunites. a good safe-bet hotel if i stayed again. |
