very good option for a stay in lisbon - clean hotel, big room, a great breakfast (lots of options there) and polite staff. public transportation handy (although we enjoyed walking some 15-20 min to the centre). great value!

Stayed 8 nights at this hotel. Competent, pleasant and highly professional staff. All requests made were fulfilled as promised, and expeditiously. The room was nicely decorated, and pristine. The bathroom was a a good size. Free WIFI. A full breakfast is great, with many offerings, served in the hotel's spacious, pleasant restaurant. There's a 3 euros' daily charge for the safety deposit box.

Our double room was comfortable and nicely decorated, the bathroom was large and very clean. The bar area was great, and the staff was friendly. We have stayed for almost a week, and there was always something different for breakfast and plenty of choice. But what I have seen in other reviews is true, avoid the big coffee machine, it's awful, but luckily there are other possibilities :) Only disadvantage can be that the hotel is a bit out of the main tourist areas, but we knew it in advance, and bus+metro connections are really good. There was a construction in front of the building but the isolation was perfect so it was not disturbing. The area was safe, with plenty of shopping facilities and parks around. And what is very important, that thanks to Yeego we got a very attractive price at the hotel!

Good location and quiet surrounding in the center of Lissabon. Metro station in walking distance (two blocks). Garage for 7 €/night. Restaurant and breakfast not excellent but OK.Nice hotel and rooms.

Very efficient, polite and helpful staff. Room was very clean with modern deco and functionl furniture. We were given a twin-bedded room although we had booked a double but a housekeeping staff was only too happy to accommodate our request for the beds to be made up as a double bed. There was an in-room safe for rent and free wireless internet connection. Generally quiet but could hear the voices of guests who talked loudly in the corridor and the rooms beside us and the chime of the elevator bell when it came to our floor (8th floor). A pair of earplugs is advised. Breakfast was good with adequate choices. Good location, just 6 mins walk to the Sao Sebastiao metro station and to the El Corte Ingles shopping centre. A few cafes, restaurants (including a cheap and friendly Chinese restaurant 2 blocks away) and supermarkets less than 3 minutes walk away. A few steps away from the Calouste Gulbenkian museum and park, too. Overall very good value for money. Recommended.
