Very smart hotel, good localisation and value for me. Two bad things: - wifi is very expensive, 10 euros/day. - If you want to wake up late, avoid ground floor because of the noise of the kitchen near 7h00.

The general atmosphere was good, but: - The room was dark since there was no view from the window but a wall of the neighbouring high building. - The pillows were very thin, and when asked for extra pillows there were none. - There was no kettle for boiling water. - The place was adequate for spending the night, but not for a longer period.

This is the story of a 3* hotel (as stated on the sign at the entrance) advertised as 4* on the Internet... Decent location... We've had a small room (I came to expect that in Europe - no surprise there.) Air conditioning not working - been told that a part needed for repair will arrive soon, but it never did during our 4 nights stay. We the stayed at hotel Lisbon just across the street - what a difference that was... for good. I would not recommend Veneza to anyone.
