| Ideal location. Rooms are quite small and rather noisy even on the back because of the air conditioning. I forgot a battery charger in the room and I cannot get any answer despite several mails. |

| The hotel is situated in the heart of Lisbons city centre. You can reach Alfama and Bairro Alto within 5 minutes. The staff was very friendly and helpful (even gave us insider tips), breakfest for portugues conditions extraordinarily good. We are both smokers and ask for a smoking room, which are situated in the first floor and had two balconies. It turned out to be extremely loud at nights as the tram goes directly around the two hotel courners and city cleaners are extremely precise... All in all we would definetely recommend the hotel, just stop smoking... |

| Hotel itself was clean and comfortable with good sized rooms. Reception staff were excellent. Had booked non-smoking double room and was allocated just that - but view from window was of a dirty alley with derelict building within arm's reach and industrial extractor fan. Staff willingly re-allocated to another room but had to settle for twin. |

| The hotel has very good location in the city center of Lisbon. It was very easy to reach it by public transport. I stay only few hours in the hotel, because my flight was early in the morning. I was enabling to use the restaurant, but the hotel offers the wake up calls and taxi services. |
