| Problems 1. I reserved two rooms for two nights. I called the hotel two days before and ask to add one night. They confirmed and ask me to send an email. When we arrived they didn't find additional reservation. They raised the price for the additional night to EUR100/room. Being with family we had to accept it. 2. They charge us for the garage EUR 15/day. It is not written in their terms and on their web site. Usually hotels don't charge their guests. 3. They didn't have wireless network so I cannot contact my own laptop. I worked while traveling. They had one PC in the lobby and charge per minute. We were in very small hotels on the trip, each hotel had wireless. As summary, we didn't like the service of the hotel. We don't think it is a 4 star hotel. We will recommend others not to come to this hotel (in the past many from my university were in this hotel and that how I got to there). |
