| Upon arrival, reception staff not pleasant. We had paid for a sea view room and they wanted to give us a land facing room. The bathroom door opened half way as toilet was behind it. The safe in room not working. The carpets in corridors were shabby. Breakfast was boring, every day the same. No transport any longer from Lisbon airport to Estoril. The internet connection was expensive and terrible.The best was the the sea view from the room |

| Hi, the hotel was quite OK for a 3 star. - Unfortunately we had no balcony , altough the majority of the rooms in the hotel had one. - No entry to the indoor swimming pool due to maintenance. + Seaview + friendly staff + reasonnable food. |
