First of all this is a two star hotel which means that much cannot be expected. However, this is a good two star hotel offering a decent accommodation with a low cost. We got first a room on the 3rd floor bur there was a bad mouldy smell and we asked for another room and got a room on the 5th floor which was good. The breakfast was simple but OK and the staff was nice and friendly. Estoril is not a nice place to stay but Cascais is close, only a couple of minutes drive allthogh parking is a nightmare there.

This hotel was really good and the staff at reception was really first class and very friendly and nothing was any trouble for them but word of warning, dont upset the CHAMBERMAID who was anything but friendly, we reported two light bulbs and bath plug was missing which was replaced immediately,on our first morning on the way out the chambermaid was asked if she could arrange an extra blanket on each bed to which her reply was nothing to do with me but reception immediately sorted this out, BUT, later in the week we found bleach was spilt on the carpet and not only that but my face flannel was ruined also part of my partners nightwear both bleached, SO a WORD of WARNING dont upset the chambermaid.
