Our experience in this hotel was not satisfactory due to the rooms we were assigned and the attitude of the staff trying to mislead us. When we arrived our room was in level -1 in front of a wall. So, it had scarce natural light and a mouldy smell probably caused by the lack of ventilation and light. Naturally, we asked to change that room, but the staff always answered "tomorrow". As we could see many people checking in and out and we remain in that basement room, we fill a complaint form (like many other guests in that kind of rooms). Finally, the fourth time we complained they changed our room. The new one had fine views but it was terribly noisy in the bathroom because of the lack of acoustic insulation for the pipes for the main air conditioning system. Other guests staying less days (we travelled for one week) did not get their room changed. We know many hotels have superior tariffs for rooms with "sea view", but the other rooms (at least in a four stars hotel) should be "garden view", "pool view" or "mountain view". We have never seen an hotel like this with rooms with "wall view" (aprox. 14 rooms). Any case, it should be advertised previously. Hotel installations were fine, according its category (and its price).

Nice rooms. Good service. Good breakfast. Not close to the city centre. Crowded: there was a Congress (Golf?) at the week-end. Otherwise must be very quite.
