Crowne Plaza Hotel Vilamoura, Algarve

Excellent Hotel excellent,friendly and efficient Staff. Alchol drink too expensive but I will be back soon.

Vilamoura beach hotel - not 5 star but a very good hotel - intend to use it and Yeego again

We went to this hotel not excpecting a 5* as it claimed, and we were best to do that as it its in no way a 5* hotel, probably a 3*. Room was spacious, had a sea view from side of hotel, and 2 queen sized beds. Breakfast was exactly the same choice every day, always plentiful, not the best food though...we only had lunch at the pool bar twice in the week and the service was awful. The pool and bar staff attitudes to clients leave a LOT to be desired. On a few occasions they argued in front of me. This hotel really need to look at training their staff in how to treat clients. To get sunbeds by the pool I would advise getting down there with towels before 8:45...This hotel is perfectly located in Vilamoura - we heard no noise at any time and it is only 5 mins walk to the marina!

We had a large family room, although we just booked a 2 persons room. Rooms were large and very tidy. Furniture was a bit aged though. Only thing to improve is the coffee at breakfast. Instant coffee in a 5 star hotel could be better.

The hotel and area is really nice. Offers evening entertainment. The rooms furniture is old and used, but price/value with the internet rate is okay. To pay the official rate would be crazy. The service was attentive and friendly. Internet is foc in the lobby.parking is free. We did not use all the possibilities of the hotel as we did a lot of sightseeing.But we think, even without a car you can have a great time there.
