Aparthotel Oriental, Algarve

I found dealing with Yeego.com extremely satisfactory. Also the Oriental Hotel was faultless. Notably, checking-in and checking-out was made very easy. I was very happy with the fact that all costs were outlined when this holiday was booked last year and nothing changed.

we were very pleases with our room which had a very spacious balcony. Cleahing service was great. pool and garden area very nice. My only fault was the hot plate at breakfast could have been better,would definately go back and highly recommand it to others

Disappointing sums up my experience of this hotel. The room was aesthetically pleasing and had all the facilities you’d expect from a 4 star hotel. However this is about as good as it got. We were located in room number 1 which was very noisy given its proximity to the lobby. The constant droning of the elevator was annoying to say the least and we were woken at least once a night by what sounded like a serious plumbing or air conditioning issue. Also the reception staff were not friendly and not really accommodating. I wouldn’t be rushing back to stay in this hotel.

The Oriental Hotel is a very clean and open hotel with a fantastic location and view of the beach. There was nothing at all we could fault about the hotel itself. The only thing that lets it down is that the staff are not at all friendly and would not go out of their way for you.Their policy is very much to leave you to your own devices which was fine with us. Also, there were about 30 of us staying there for a wedding and the bar man would stand at the bar every night at 11.30 and sigh until we left and would no longer serve us. Considering it was a quiet time of the year for them, they could have been more accomodating to people who were willing to spend money! Other than that though, the hotel was lovely and if you want a really nice hotel and good location but don't mind too much about the staff...then this is the place.

Great hotel. Suitable rooms for staying wtih children. Rating it as 9 as the steps were a problem if you have a buggy, especially for accessing the beach.

Hotel was great and in brilliant location. Rooms were well equipped and ideal for travelling with a baby which I was. Only downfall was that there were stairs you had to bring a buggy down no matter what part of the hotel you stayed in. Also the breakfast was just okay each morning. All round a great hotel and would recommend it.
