Check-in: from 4.00 pm. Check-out: by 10.00 am. Restaurant Caniço, restaurant Búzio, the Italian restaurant Miss Pasta, the poolside snack-bar, the supermarket, and lift to the beach are all closed during low season. A coffee machine and hairdryers are not available in the apartments. The safe and tennis courts are paid for directly at reception. Pets are not permitted.

We had a great time in alvor. Much nicer than surrounding towns. Hotel is 25 min walk from town. Couple of mins in Taxi for 3.25euro. Complex is well maintained and very clean as are the apartments. Cleaned daily except Sundays. Kitchen supplied with everything you need. Safe was 27euro for 10days. Internet In lobby is 1euro per10 mins. wifi is 2 euro for half hour but need to be on a certain mobile network to get access. Recptionists...some were excellent at their job. Some pathetic. Indoor pool...on the cool side but nice. 2.50 to rent swim cap. Airconditioning in 2 rooms. Balcony large. Back door poorly sealed letting some insects in in the evenings. Private beach on resort is lovely. Miss pasta pizza on site is nice but they don't respond well to you getting takeaway. Canico resteraunt is in great spot but food pricey and only ok. Atlantido right beside the private beach is one of the best resteraunts ever eaten in. The are security guards on patrol on site. Atlantic pool is spectacular. Large LCD tv in room. Walls in room quite thin and might be noisy in peak season. Supermarket on site is very expesive but convenient. I would return overall.
