Friendly staff, very good location near to shops, supermarkets and beach. Only a 10 minutes walk to the beach. Nice and functional interior of the appartment.

Did not get to stay at the Aparthotel Olhos D'Agua because it was under renovation. We were moved to their sister hotel, Aparthotel Oceanus. The Oceanus Aparthotel was below average and doesn't deserve the 3-star rating. Most to most, it is 2-star accommodation in dire need of renovation. Faulty lights, cracked bathroom wall tiles and bath tub, grout on the tiles and walls, stained toilet bowl, dirty-looking sofa, etc greeted us on our arrival. Noise from the apartment above was loud and clear e.g. flushing of the toilet, footsteps and furniture being moved around. The kitchen needed a microwave and we were expected to buy our own dishwashing liquid and sponge (a first for us!). For couples wanting a double bed, forget it as the hotel has only single beds and no double bedsheets to convert the beds to double beds. As such, even if 2 single beds were pushed together, each had its own set of linen - neither romantic nor comfortable. The only pros were the spaciousness of the apartment and the great location of the hotel. For the price quoted, there are better hotels in the vicinity.

On arrival, we were told that we were staying at the sister hotel (Oceanus Hotel), so we did not actually stay in Aparthotel Olhos D'agua. Nevertheless, both hotel shared the same swimming pool, and snack bars, restaurants etc. The apartments were huge, very clean and in a beautiful, peaceful location. I would recommend the hotel. Staff were very friendly, and of course the weather was wonderful.
