Very nice hotel, excellent rooms It is set up for tour groups arriving in buses. Restaurant is therefore set up like a canteen with very long tables accomodating 20 persons. We came down for breakfast around 8.30 am, the tour groups had gone and we were confronted with uncleared tables. We would not dine there at night because of lack of tables for 2 or 4 persons and lack of ambience. Every day the foyer was taken up by exhibitors linking in to the conferences being held in the hotel. The hotel is some distance from the centre of Krakow and a taxi is required. Good luck to them in what they do but I would not go back to this hotel because it does not cater for the individual holidaymaker.
