| We arrived in Crakow at 5 (!) in the morning and they gave us a room directly! (no need to wait until 8 or 12 in the morning as in other hotels). Rooms newly renovated, very clean and the entire hotel has a minimal architecture, which we liked a lot. Service was good and friendly and breakfast buffet quite big - would have enjoyed more fresh fruits salads, though. |

| The rooms were lovely, modern and spacious. All the staff should be commended for their excellent work and their attention to detail. The breakfast buffet offered a wide choice to suit everyones taste. We could'nt have asked for a nicer location as it is situated opposite the castle and about an 8 minute walk to the main square. All in all we had a very enjoyable stay and I'll definitely be visiting that hotel again. |
