| Service was excellent. Problems only with poor sound isolation. If random noises don't bother very decent place. |

| Room needs renovation. Both rooms and public facilities are shabby,not clean enaugh and in need of proper maintenance. Food and service are satisfactory. Location is very good. |

| Excellent breakfast; single room was really very small and a bit old-fashioned... What I didn't like about the hotel was that late in the evening, there were prostitutes in the bar!!! |

| The rooms are really nice and the hotel it's really great. The hotel's resturant is comfortable and i can eat very typical polish plate |

| We made a family trip to visit or son during his study abroad. The hotel is comfortable, large, clean rooms. The staff is friendly, very good breakfast, near to city centre. Should we return we will stay at the Hotel Cracovia again. |
