| The hotel room are excellent. Very clean and quite new. large bed and heating system was very good as it was quite cold outside. Breakfast was a very lavish afare. Something for everyone. Cooked breakfast as well as ham, cheese,cereals and breads. Staff at breakfast time were excellent. Location of the hotel is approximately 10 minutes walk from the old town square. Also opposite the WavelCastle for view. Would recommend this hotel to anyone wishing to visit krakow. |

| Staff were always friendly. Rooms and all areas of hotel were very clean. Reception staff very efficient. Bathrooms were nice,well equipped and of a large size. The bedroom was basic enough. Decor was not particularly nice. There was space for two cots with couch taken out of room. Room had a great view. Third floor to the front but a bit noisy. Lifts were excellent in hotel. Pool was nice but not so child friendly - a few toys would be nice. Tiny young child play area in the reception area was good but very small and well equipped but perhaps would have been better elsewhere. Restaurant food for breakfast was great. Excellent selection. A lot of exercise getting up and down to get coffees, bread, toast, fruit etc. The location was awkward with a pram/double buggy. The underground road crossing was exhausting to carry the buggy up and down steps all the time. The zebra crossing that led to the park and the Castle was easier to use. The beautician was excellent and the prices for basic treatments eg. french polishing was very reasonable. Our visit coincided with all the Heads of State of the EU also visiting so as a result, castle closed, no buses - long delays, walking routes closed, sirens and police escorts all day and into the night. In general none of us slept that well when all in the same room. A suite would have been hugely expensive so was not an option. |

| Rooms where nice and clean service was 10 out of 10 food was excellent and the location could not be better. |
