Lovely hotel, well located and within easy walking distance of the main square. The rooms were well equipped and were kept spotlessly clean. Complimentary toiletries were regularly replenished and nothing was too much trouble. The breakfasts were very good with a great selection, all very tasty. It was a great bonus to be able to book tours with pick ups at the hotel - no trekking off to a central pick up point as in other places. i was very happy with the hotel and would recommend it to visitors to Krakow- a beautiful, safe friendly city.

Hotel was excellent. From the moment of arrival to date of departure the staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast absolutely fantastic. We ate in the bar and the food was great.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms really beautiful and spacious. Food great. Location great to. Overall i would give this hotel 10 out 10. I would recommend this hotel for all age groups. I had a Fantanic Stay. Will be going again.
