| The location of the hotel is excellent and breakfast is ok even if some dishes ran out and were missing. The hotel room was very tiny but tidy enough. The service willingness and attitude of personnel were substandard. We paid the first night at the hotel by SAS Eurobonus points. We had booked a double non-smoking room for two noghts but we got a single smoking room. First, they said us the room is non-smoking but we read in the hotel book that all the rooms at the fifht floor are smoking and our room was situated at the fifht floor. Also, they insisted they haven't got information on non-smoking from Yeego but we shoed them the Yeego voucher for thhe hotel and the reservation for non-smoking was embodied in the voucher. I am very allergic, and thus we tried to change the room but we were given to understand that we were undesirable guests because we paid by fying points and the change of the room is completely out of the question. Thus, I couldn't sleep and felt peculiar. In addition, we had to ourselves collect all the missing items (towels, pillow, blanket, etc.) of the single room from other hotel rooms. We requested recompense for our troubles and the single smoking room instead of a double non-smoking room. The personnel didn' t regret. Vice versa, they were very off hand with us and designated us as disgruntled customers who travel free. |
