Breakfast was excellent, much more than I expected. Room was small, but big enough. Room was very clean and beautiful.

My room was very small and the bed was very uncomfortable.(too soft)The bathroom was small but adequate.The shower didn´t have a shower plate but that seems to be the typical style. I would recommend this hotel for one reason-the breakfast-which was fantastic and actually saved us alot of money-as everything in Oslois INCREDIBLY expensive!!!!!!!!!!!!

I was most disappointed as I must have spent the first night in the worst room in the hotel, and as a matter of fact Ileft this complaint at reception: "I am certain that I must have spent the night in the worst room of your hotel.. The constsnt thud of perhaps a banging door was constsnt throughout the night and the room was freezin cold. Ispent a sleepless night, and to add insult tot injury when I complained in the morningI was told by two different receptionists that 1. yes it is one of the worst rooms and 2. some one has to have the room. Shame on management who know the room is unfit for accomodation and still assign innocent residents" I expect immediate compensation and not just a change of room for the bad treatment received." Ihave not heard from them as yet even though I left email address and phone number. I hope you will look into it. Thank you
