Never Again! - What looked so promising on the hotel's homepage was not at all a pleasant experience. I booked a single Deluxe room, and was offered a twin room with two small single beds. when asking for a single room with a Queen or King size bed the receptionist phoned the owner and then told me that the hotel is fully booked and cannot offer another room (which was incredible, as it was a Sunday evening). Then I looked for the airconditioning, which was not existing. I complained at reception as the room was very warm, and could talk to the owner on the phone. She told me that a Deluxe room does not have airconditioning. She then offered to move into a Superior room (that do have airconditioning!),for an extra payment of € 25.-. When I told her that I would have expected airconditioning in a "deluxe four to five star design hotel" she told me that her hotel is very nice, with very good rooms, and I should not complain as the rate I paid through yeego was significantly lower than the official rate. The breakfast buffet was quite small, nothing special, and of course it turned out that the hotel was not fully booked. In fact, no other guests showed up for breakfast. I definitely cannot recommend this hotel and will never stay there again!

I booked a deluxe room which was established with an "air-condition- control ". Unfortunately it was not connected and an activation was impossible and not foreseen as the receptionist explained. The outside temperature was so high that the deluxe room was totally overheated. The problem was handled that I got the information that this shall be standard in deluxe rooms and I need to book an upgrade into a superior room if I want to have an air-condition. This was then charged extra (+25 Euro). Both the deluxe and the superior room had no fridge which is quiet unusual in a nominated 4 star design hotel. The superior room was clean and the breakfast okay.
