| The hotel was lovely except for our room.. We booked a quad room n we got a double roonm wit two beds n two camp beds... For the price of the hotel i was very disappointed.. But everything else with the hotel was perfect. I recently read before i went to Amsterdam that the noise of the trams where really bad at the hotel but i had no problem with this.. |

| The room we had was very small, which was disappointing, but it was clean, comfortable, had an opening window (however we couldn't leave it open due to security) and although it was very hot, there was a portable fan in the room. every staff member we had contact with spoke good english, were vey pleasant and helpful. The breakfast was good, with a selection of cooked english buffet style, cold meats and breads, cereal, yoghurt and pastries. The undeniable best feature however is the hotel's location, almost directly opposite the back of the Nieuwe Kerk, and only 10 mins on foot from Centraal Station. I felt the hotel's charges were too much in light of the size of our room, but in every other respect, just about justifiable. We would consider this hotel again. |

| the single rooms are small but adequate for short stays but very hot if the temperature outside is also very hot, but fans provided. Double rooms and suites when viewed for future reference were good. The bar was very good and the food was excellent. Good buffet breakfast. fantastic location for everything. would certainly stay again at this hotel. |
