The Yeego experience was user-friendly, quick and efficient. I'm still amazed at how you get such good hotel deals. Many of your competitors don't seem to beat you on price and value for money.
Most notably I like Yeegos price quotes for an entire stay, not quotes based on the average nightly price like so many other hotel reservation websites do.

Location Overview
Avenue Hotel is situated in the historical city centre, on the Nieuwezijds Voorburgwal. This is one of the wide roads leading from the Central Station to the central Damplein. The hotel is close to the Central Station, shopping areas, entertainment venues and top tourist attractions the city has to offer. From Schiphol Airport it will take you about 30 minutes to get to the hotel by Airport Hotel Shuttle Bus, taxi or train. The hotel consists of several interlinked monuments, including a former warehouse of the Dutch East India Company

The hotel was very near to the central station and to the center of Amsterdam. The staff was very kind and the breakfast was good. I enjoyed staying there

First impressions weren't good. Person at front desk was not very helpful. Room was small and old looking. The shower had 2 temperatures, freezing cold or burning hot. And there are NO tea/coffee making facilities in the room. There is an air conditioner, but it is STILL not connected.
However, you could not ask for a better location for touring. Everything was within walking distance. And the buffet breakfast was excellent. Plenty of food and lots of variety. Other people on the front desk were much more friendly and helpful.
I recommend using the shuttle service from the airport. It was 21 euro per person return.

Nice, big, quiet and confortable triple room. The sheets are clean but the daily cleaning isn't that good. They even skipped one day.
The personnel is nice with one excepcion in the restaurant.
The breakfast is very good.
The hotel is weel located in the center of the city.

Hotel is good with good location and service. Nice breakfast, and have high speed wireless internet in Lobby. Very close to the central train station.
