Shuttle is unreliable and often full so guests have to wait for the next one; drivers are unfriendly and could use a few driving lessons to avoid the emergency braking and curb hitting; hotel room was noisy due to planes overhead and the street outside in combination with a window that didn't provide any sound insulation - or close properly; tap water was only available in cold (shower was ok); cleaner left a full trash bag in the hallway in front of my door which was still there 24 hours later. Budget accommodation by Amsterdam standards but that's all.

Room was clean and comfortable. Restaurant was light and airy and food of good quality. Shuttle bus was punctual and took just a few minutes. Would use again for next stopover.
