The hotel is well located with the Amsterdam city centre on one side with its world famous canals and the Leidseplein, where the vibrant nightlife takes place in its numerous restaurants, pubs, trendy clubs and the casino. This is definitely not a 3* hotel. Rooms are very small, furniture old. Breakfast ok. Location very good for the museums and well connected by public transport (tram) - only a couple of minutes walk form the stop. Nice park close by and short walk to canals with canal boats.
