When I arrived they could not find my file and reservation. After awhile the hotel assigned a different room which was too small to be true. Spoken english at reception is poor. Toilet was smelly, I complained and asked for cleaning. When got back nothing was done about it. Breakfast was poor, food and cleaning missing in several ocasions. Never coming back. Changed to hotel Verdi across the street, worth the extra money.
