The hotel hosts two charming restaurants, offering guests a wide selection of local and foreign cuisine. The old underground wine cellars and kitchens, "La Cave" which had been dug out of solid rock in olden days, have been expertly converted into a rustic pizza and pasta place with a wide selection of local and foreign wines from all over the world. De Robertis Restaurant is a roof top restaurant where you will find the breath-taking views, serving Table d'hôte meals as well as a delicious à-la-carte menu including French cuisine, local and Mediterranean dishes. All this can be enjoyed whilst listening to the relaxing melodies of a mandolin and guitar duo or the classic tunes of a Spanish guitarist or even the magic keys of a long time pianist (on different days). There is also a delightful coffee shop, which formerly housed the stables
