when we saw the hotel we thought we could have made a good choice. we were not disappointed. Hotel on seafront, good bus service past the door. Hotel felt nearly new.we had a back view room, but no dirty drainpipes!Everywhere was very clean.my wife is very fussy about a clean bathroom, she had no complaints, any minor problems are not worth writing about. Yes, we would definetly return to the Waterfront.

This is a three star hotel with a pool. The basic rooms are fine: clean mini-bar comfortable enough bed TV with Sky News/MTV but no tea/coffee shower is antiquated. Staff are helpful enough. Breakfast was alright: Fruit salad/yoghut, select of local breads, cereals, cold meats and hot english breakfast buffet served in the bright restaurant. I got a three star prices for this place so I was happy!

We have stayed here 2 or 3 times a year since it opened as we keep our boat in Malta. The staff are v.good and the rooms clean and roomy. The overall decor is a little tired now and it could do with a 'make-over'. The breakfast is pretty basic and not really what one would expect to get in a hotel of this class eg a coffee/tea machine instead of fresh coffee; powdered fruit juice instead of fresh and lousy scrambled eggs. It would also be good if it had courtesy tea/coffee making facilities in the rooms (which is standard in the rest of the world); also, these days, the wi-fi access should be free not charged. We will continue to use the hotel in future however as it suits our needs.

1.Toilet-bowl did not work properly. 2. It was impossible to get cold (cool) water from faucet (mixer tap was with thermostat ?!) 3. Air conditioning device worked with excessive noise. 4. One of the days was absolutely without any room-service. 5. Drinking glasses at the restaurant were unbelievably dirty, I was really embarrassed due to my birthday celebrations at that restaurant (15.08.08) 6. Usually both persons who are staying in the room get the door-key, Waterfront Hotel provided only one to share.

it's a good hotel clean and comfortable the breakfast is very good the service at the pizzeria is slow and the pizza is not so good in general it's a good hotel thank you, We'll not be histated to make our reservation via your website

Nice hotel great location. Only problem is a lot of traffic noise but this can be said for all of the hotels in the area. Would stay again.

Lovely hotel, breakfast fairly standard but fine, service good, room very nice and quite big. Good shower. Was at the back so probably quieter which was good. Location very good - nicest hotel in Sliema.

Good hotel, nice stay, good view of the harbour, great roof pool & sundeck The rooms were well furnished and the breakfast rich. Two restaurant were available for guests

Clean, comfortable, friendly and helpful staff. Good buffet breakfast. Unusually cleaning staff didn't make much noice before 09.00. Bathroom/shower a little dated. Make sure if you need a 'double room' ask for a marital bed. Ask for a room on the higher floors if you want a view even from those rooms at the front.

Our week was spoilt by poor weather ; the Waterfront proved to be an ideal location for bus excursions when sitting in the sun wasn't possible.It is walking distance from the Sliema Ferry and about 15 minutes from Valletta by bus. Hotel is modern with good service.(Checked us in at 2am) We ate dinner there three nights, food was adequate rather than exciting but service was good and cost very moderate. Rooms and lobby bar are well furnished

Enjoyed our stay in this sedate but well-endowed hotel. Definitely 4 * and we got a good deal. The area is smart commercial and tourist and well-served by public transport. Would readily stay there again

The staff were warm and friendly. Food was lovely. I'd reccomend having a pizza in the Waterfront Pizzeria and the buffet dinners were exceptional value. Our room was great, no complaints. Lovely powerful shower and lots of storage space. We enjoyed our stay and would definatly stay there again if we are in Malta. Good location. Right near bus stops for easy travel all over the island.

The new mini bar system is very poor. Result is that there is no effective mini bar serve. Otherwise nice hotel, with very decent rooms and good food.

Rooms were well-kept, cleaned daily, no iron or steamer in room, though did not request one. Helpful staff with restaurants and car service available. Excellent location on the harbor with shops all within short walking distance. Rooftop pool with bar has fantastic views. Breakfast was adequate. We stayed for 2 nights and it satisfied all of our expectations.

The hotel was the best choice we could have made for the particular time of year we visited Malta i.e. April. I think if it was summer we would have chosen a hotel with more swimming pools since there is only one at the hotel and relatively small. Big rooms and very clean, good breakfast, excellent location, very helpful staff.
