Location Overview

The Plevna Hotel is situated in a quiet residential area in Sliema, yet is only a short 5 minute walk away from the lively Sliema centre with its shops, restaurants and cafes. A 200 metre stroll brings you to the seafront where a beautiful 3 km promenade leads all the way to St Julians which is the island's nightlife centre. The capital city of Valletta is only a short bus ride or ferry ride away whilst the old city of Mdina, Rabat, Mosta, St Paul's Bay and other towns and villages are all accessible by bus.

Rooms Information

All 100 bedrooms are attractively decorated and comfortably furnished. Bedroom facilities include ensuite bathroom, airconditioner for cooling and heating, satellite TV, tea & coffee making facility, mini-fridge (unstocked), hairdryer, direct dial telephone and room safe (available at a small charge).

Restaurants & Bars

A rich breakfast buffet is served each morning in the restaurant from 7 a.m. to 9.30 a.m. A selection of daily menus with local, continental and oriental dishes with various choices for each course. Salad buffet & dessert buffet available daily. At the LeRoy Cafe and Wine Bar, you can enjoy a delicious selection of sandwiches together with a selection of drinks and coffees. In the evenings, cocktails, wine and a selection of drinks are served in a pleasant athmosphere with occasional live music.

Facilities & Services

Plevna Beach Club is situated on the seafront, 200m down the road from the hotel and is open from May to mid-October (weather permitting). Facilities include seawater swimming pool, seawater children's paddling pool, access to the sea and rocky beach, showers and changing rooms, deckchairs and umbrellas and sunbeds are available. selection of watersports available from nearby outlets.
