Staff were friendly and Ellen was very helpful at reception. Room was bright and clean and was noise free. The bathroom was a good size however the showerscreen wasn't a snug fit and the floor was drenched every time I showered. The hotel is more suited to a business stay rather than somewhere that you will stay for the atmosphere. There is an excellent bus service outside the hotel into the city centre.
