| Really pleasent service that tried to meet our, sometimes not so usual, requirements. |

| Nice location,wonderful view from balcony. However, very hot and air conditioning not working - were given a complimentary bottle of Evian each day to compensate, which they then tried to charge us for! No plug available for wash hand basin in bathrooom. Were told by receptionist that no one in Lithuania used plugs, even at home! We know all other hotels provided them! Room mini bar charges excessive - £3 for bottle of water - £12 for miniature of cognac |
