The room (called Venice) was very romantic and had a superb view at the church. Of special appreciation is the daily fruit basket and a bottle of plain water. A good bed (big for a single room), very quiet and clean. What was a nice surprise was the big bathroom that also had an exterior window (very rare in hotels!)and also with view on the church. One negative point was that the room was not reachable by an elevator and that it was a smoking room.

My room was on the ground floor and only had one window raised up above eye level so it felt a little claustrophobic. Other than that, the room itself was lovely. The breakfast menu was very good. Unfortunately on the one day, the waiter forgot to tell the chef not to give me any meat.
