| An unbeatable location on Pilies' street. Quite a labyrinth inside, but that's just charming. Nice and clean rooms, thick soundproof walls. The hotel seems to have been recently refurnished. We have few complaints other than service (just as in the rest of Vilnius) is not all that. Breakfast was not exactly plentiful and took a long time refilling when empty of something. And we did not get soap, shampoo and clean towels every day. Also there was a really curious thing that happened to us. In the rooms they had placed the regular information material about the hotel. There it said that if we celebrated a birthday or an anniversary during our stay we were to inform the receptionist and they would give us a nice surprise. As we were celebrating my mother's birtday, her and I informed the receptionist about it. The receptionist got all confused, she'd never heard about this. After some phone calls she told us that a surprise would wait in my mother's room when we came back that evening. But alas, no surprise, and I went back to ask her about it, then she said that she could not help after all because she was not informed and no bosses were on duty... I think that was really unprofessional of the hotel. Other than that, and horrible tasting coffee, we enjoyed our stay. |

| Hotel is located in the center of old town. Apt was large and modern - bedroom on the second floor. Air conditioning did not work. Breakfast was not very good - small selection. |
