The size of the room was okay and it was tidy. Breakfast was fine with a nice view in the wintergarden.

For a 5* hotel the standard rooms do not really meet expectation. However, given the many celebrities that stayed in this hotel there must be better rooms. Location is excellent (in the heart of the city), breakfast buffet is ok, friendly staff.

The location of the hotel is excellent: in the heart of the city. The room was ok, the staff very friendly, and the breakfast buffet was very good. I would choose this hotel again.

It's one of the few hotels, where I am a returning customer, ever since it opened ten years ago. Friendly, helpful staff, excellent rooms with all the comfort needed.
