Lovely room, nice and spacious. Nice staff, very accommodating. Lovely breakfasts. Rooms cleaned daily. Perfect location. Would stay here again!

Hotel Metropole was a very nice hotel - it was clean with good facilities. The staff were friendly, and the hotel was nicely located in the Old Town, within walking distance of the main areas. Highly recommend

Clean hotel, good breakfast. Nice staff, not too friendly, but did a good job anyway. What's best about the hotel is the location.

Room was clean, comfortable and (mot importantly for Riga in February) warm. Location was very convenient. Bus from airport stopped virtually outside and hotel was in walking distance of all the places we wanted to visit in the city. It was however on a busy corner and the trams were occassionally noisy, but part of the city's attraction too. Excellent buffet breakfast and a good evening meal at a reasonable price by British standards.
