The level of room comfort in Bismuth section is lower than in Amber or Coral. The room we had was in the old part of the hotel on the 2nd floor, with view over the roof on the back. Not satisfied with the room, but it was clean. The food in the restaurants were good and the location of the hotel was great for our vacation. People working in the reception and frontdesk was not very good at speaking english. This should have been better I think.

We chooesed Amber section - all with sea view. BUT this is false. Only 70% of the rooms has sea view. So we were absolutely not satisfied with the initial room given, with view on the roof ot the closed swimming pool. After arugin for 45 min we finally get from the management a better room !!!!

Facilities such as restaurants, lobby bar, Spa etc was high class. Excellent breakfast. Room was clean and bathroom good. Beds and the overall standard of the room was acceptable, but on a standard below medium. We think also that there´s a bit more to learn when it comes to the service level of staff. But as a whole we are satisfied with our stay
