Overall a good hotel - good value for money,however there was 1 thing that we were very disappointed with. We requested a the hotel via Yeego to organise a taxi from the Airport to the Hotel. This cost 52 Euro. We were surprised but trusted both Yeego and the hotel would not overcharge. We then found out that a taxi to the Airport was only 15 Euro. We paid this 15 euro to get a taxi ourselves to the Airport. That is a difference of 37 Euro. We were really annoyed at what we call here in Ireland a rip-off. We would like an explaination - Thank You Rosemarie Hennebry

Reasonably sized, clean and nicely decorated room. Service was professional and efficient. The hotel is in a quiet area, close to the beautiful blue flag beach and within an easy walk of the aquapark and supermarket.

Room was large enough, tidy and quiet, but there was no cleaning between the two nights we stayed there. Breakfast was good enough, but still a bit old soviet style. Exellent location.

Rooms allright. Balcony not good. Breakfast not good. Service not good. Too far away from centre. Nice and short distance to the beach.

The room itself was nice and clean, with daily service. It even had a minibar and a safety deposit box. The shower wasn't all that good - it had some old stains and seemed to be "mistreated". The breakfast buffet was very good, and the food in the restaurant also nice - but the service was terrible!! Several guests left the restaurant without eating because of slow or missing response from the waiters, and the ones that at last got served never got a smile! The pool areas seemed old and was not very well kept. Because of no air-conditioning, sleeping at night was rather difficult; seagulls, car-alarms, building constructions and so on made a lot of noise that came in through the had-to-be-open balcony door. And the price was not that good either. All in all, we believe that we could have found a similar hotell at a better price elsewhere - but this was the only one that had any available rooms when we needed it.
