The hotel is in a great location, near St Marks square on a lovely quiet street. Rooms were extremely large, very modern and well equipped. Hotel decor was lovely and it was spotlessly clean and staff very helpful. would highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel was extremely modern and not the stuffy place you usually get.The hotel is centrally situated between Rialto and St Marks. The breakfasts were fresh and plentiful with both hot and cold choices. The rooms were also good but if you go there in the summer, don't expect any views(unless you state at the booking stage that you want a view that isn't overlooking the side of another building!!).The showers are also good but make sure you are topless before you turn them on or else the silly design will soak you!!Reasonable price in winter,so I hate to think what they charge in the summer.Great holiday, great hotel and great city.

The rooms were clean and very modern. Breakfast was good and the staff friendly. All in all the hotel met our expectations and we would not hesitate to stay there again.

The decor in this hotel was just to my taste. Clean, luxorious in a modern way, and really good art. The rooms are well sized. It was a shame the Jacuzzi and sauna were out of order as this was the only reason why I did not give a 10/10. Also the TV selection was not great, even the pay per view did not have much to offer. The breakfast selection is very genorous and well laid out buffet style, eat as much as you like. Excellent cafe latte. Once we got to know Venice a bit better we realised what a great location we were in, right in the heart of the city. I will definitely book this hotel again. Thank you to the really helpful staff at the hotel, especially the reception staff who spoke very good English, making up for my very poor Italian.

The location was fantastic - Venice is small anyway but you are walking distance from everything mid way between St Marks Square and the Rialto Bridge. This hotel is actually on Calle de Fabri and not the address which was on our confirmation but we asked around and found it and when we arrived we were extremely impressed. This hotel is very modern - the opposite of most offerings in Venice!! The front desk staff were very helpful and very tolerant of our poor Italian abilities!! The room was really nice and warm and very spacious the bed was large and comfy. It was lovely haven which we often went back to during the day for a little rest. The bar was expensive but we received good service. The food was a classic continental breakfast but a good choice and you can eat as much or as little as you like. I would recommend the hotel to anyone travelling to Venice, especially young people who prefer modern to traditional styles - everything was availble in the room LCD TV, robes, slippers, we were very happy.
