The room was reasonable in size, comfortable, clean, but the tv was too small and old fashioned, there was no coffee or tea inside the room, no kettle. Generally the room was good and the most interesting thing was the location of the hotel. It was marvellous.

The room was very nice - plenty of room for three adults. Location was good as it was somewhat quiet and not near the amusement rides in venice.

We were in a triple room which was ample. Furnishings very nice. Bathroom small but served the purpose.
Outside dining was enjoyable...Meal satisfactory. Breakfast buffet included fruit, rolls, meats, croissants, cereals, and juices...Excellent selections.
The location was excellent ...On the grand canal great views as you leave the building. Room had adjoining roof views. So close to st marks square and an easy walk to the rialto bridge.
I stayed here 3 years ago and this is my favorite. It is worth the extra dollars esp. For mature travelers.

Comfortable spacious room with large bathroom. Very quiet - away from the noisy areas of venice.
Good service except for the meal on the last night when we had to wait over 40 minutes for our meal (waiting for it to defrost - we were told)
overall appearance was a little shabby. Was in need of decoration.

We spent 2 nights in venice prior to a cruise and couldn't have had a nicer stay. The location was literally just steps from the vaporetto stop at san zaccaria and breakfast was on the patio at san zaccaria with a perfect view of the water and people strolling by. Breakfast was a large buffet of eggs, bacon, fruit, cheeses, ham, rolls, cereals and juice and more. Cappaccino was included and outstanding. We were just around the corner from doges palace and st. Marco piazza.
Our room had 2 twin beds, small, clean and comfortable. No view for us in the basic room.
I would definately stay here again.
