Room small but clean, bathroom clean and new, breakfast very good but too many people at the same time. Location of the Hotel perfect, stuff very friendly. A good place to stay in Venice !

Nice staff and clean room. The breakfast was good. Great location. It was hard to shower without getting the entire bathroom wet.
