the price of this hotel must be taken into account. We found it excellent value for money.Staff extremely helpful, breakfast very Italian,scupulously clean.We used it pre cruise accompanying a 92 year old lady.Great situation for cruise terminal and vaporetta. would recommend

Very clean, basic hotel directly on a canal. 5 minute walk from the bus station and a 3 minute walk to the nearest water bus stop. Staff very pleasant. Lift available for luggage. Good quality tourist hotel which is value for money for Venice.

This hotel was a great for the price, very clean, and the staff was friendly. The area is nice (right on the canal and actually on Venice) but the only downside is that it really is about a 40 minute walk to Piazza San Marco and Venice can be difficult to navigate, but it is right near the vaporetto station.
