Large bedrooms well furnished with bathroom. Small hotel and very quiet but a great location - 10/15 min walk to either san marco or the rialto.
Breakfast not great but have had worse.
Very friendly reception staff.

Room was clean&spacious but a little cold&dark, staff friendly. Location very central. Breakfast was not as described, we got choice of 2 cereal,orange juice 1 roll,1 stale croissant, tea/coffee. Mini bar in room consisted of 1 can coke, 1 can beer, small bottle wine, 2 bottles of water and no price list!
