We had to ask for a change because the 1st.room was dirty walls, no cover on box spring, bathroom door broken, very very small. We had a very bad suprise in a hotel four stars. Old elevator. The personal in general bad attitude, and horrible the woman who controlled the entrance to breakfast just like a military man stopping people to identify them.
We´ll never back there.

You can't beat the location, right at St Marks Sq! Nice clean rooms, air-con, helpful staff. Breakfast ok, usual european stuff on offer. We didn't have any view from our room but some overlooked the canal and gondolas!
