Excellent location, excellent service, good cuisine. Rooms are fine, some better than others, with luxury furnishing. A tasteful mix of antique and contemporary elements. The hotel gives boost, everyone welcomes you, makes you like Venice. The location is top, both for culture, shopping, and moving around on foot and on boat.

The breakfast was delicious. Plenty of tea/coffee and variety of bread. And the scramled eggs were lovely. efficient service too. Didn't try the restaurant for dinner as it didn't open early enough to go there prior to the concerts and was closed too early to eat afterwards.
Rooms very clean and well serviced and the quietness was fantastic.The hotel is a bit on the expensive side - but then WE WERE in Venice.
