Very friendly front office. Nice location. Satisfactory room (probably much better than most of the hotels in Venice)and very clean and new bathroom. If the price is suitable for you, do not look for an alternative.

Very impressed! The exterior and interior are more beautiful than you may think from the pictures. Excellent location (~5mins walk from St Marco), very good sized rooms, we had a bath tab with hydro-massage, the breakfast was good and plenty, the staff very friendly and helpful. Excellent value for money!
