My room was not cleaned; bin was full of rubbish, bed not changed; towels dirty - room obviously not prepared. Hotel staff struggled to comprehend the problem. Breakfast terrace invaded by pidgeons and landed on breakfast table to peck at food when you went for toast of cereal ect. Hotel needs a cat! Hotle located beside garbage collection centre for loading onto barge both at midnight & at 07:00. Alternative room supplied with no views. 2 jugs of milk supplied instead of 1 coffee / 1 milk - can I say anything to recommend this hotel - unfortunately no so do yourself a favour - avoid this hotel to avoid stress & disappointment. I have photos to support my case.
