| The hotel is ideally situated, close to St Marks square and all amenities. A bit hard to find the first time but after that great, close to waterbus route and grand canal. Staff at reception are wonderful and friendly I left a painting in one of the water taxis and they found it for me. Rooms are clean and adequate. Breakfasts are great. Will definately recommend it. |

| Room was pleasant,and very clean but being on the fourth floor with no lift it was a bit tiring going up and down, the young Concierge remarked that it was hard work even for him. The staff were very friendly, polite and helpful. Breakfast room is very attractive, service is again good and choice of breakfast items is very good. |

| Good location. Pretty and quiet room. Good saving to stay in a room without view. The view is only very little canal, not worth to pay much higher price at hotel direct or other web-site. However, no accurate advice from hotel is given of transport to hotel upon arrival. They will try to arrange private transfer with premium price. You can take public boat to pier S. Zaccaria, instead of San Marco on your first arrival. Much shorter walk (3 mins) to the hotel when you are with luggages. I will stay in this hotel again and recommended to others in Venice. |
