| If you want to be in Venice not far from all the sites, this is a reasonable hotel. However, be aware the room is small, as well as the shower. Breakfast was average. Very few services. Hard to find, so be sure to get good directions. |

| The best thing about this hotel is the proximity to the main attractions in Venice. The rooms were cramped even though they were lightly furnished. There was barely room to walk around the bed and a small TV was positioned near the ceiling of the room. The room was clean, and the bathroom was a good size. The air conditioning was not working when we arrived and had to ask the front desk about this. They had to enable a breaker to get it working in the room. A few days later we had to ask them to restart the AC as it was shut off again. Breakfast was nothing special but it was included so we took advantage of if. This is a 1 to 2 star establishment at best. I would not recommend this hotel. |

| Very pleased in general with hotel and all went well with booking. Our only complaint was about a very rude receptionist when we arrived on the night of the 29 August. |

| Once we found the hotel, we found we were ideally placed approximately half way between the Rialto Bridge and St Marks Square. It couldn't have been better!! The rooms are small and very basic but fine for a short stay. There were no tea/coffee making facilities which would have been most welcome but the hotel was clean, beds were comfortable and the bathroom was spacious and well equipped. |
