The rooms were fairly spacious and quiet, and the reception service was excellent - well informed with good English. The hotel did not have good bar facilities for that late night drink after a dinner in venice.

Location excellent. Easy reach of coach station and canal transport with plenty of choices for eating out. Room was spacious, cleaned every day (including sunday). Front desk staff were extremely helpful with booking trips and general information about venice and the immediate area. Dining room was fine with helpful staff and an adeqaute breakfast choice.
