Could not have selected a closer hotel central for st marks square, within walking distance for all the highlights of venice.
Room was adequate, could have done with more space, the bathroom was very clean, and the room was cleaned daily with fresh towels etc, and nice and warm, had a problem with no hot water the first day, but that was rectified later in the day, but had to ask what was the problem, as we were not informed of the loss of hot water.
Breakfast was very good, lots of choices to select, set us up for the day.
Would return to the same hotel, but would prefer to upgrade next time.

Location was central and the hotel was nice although our room was very small for a double room.
