Everything was great. Breakfasts - glorious, nice service, great location (2 minutes from san marco) and temperate prices.
The only minor problem was that the air in the room was a bit stuff - sometimes it was rather hot and we strugled to get some fresh air inside.

Hotel staff over the top friendly and accomodating. We arrived and our room was not ready yet we didn't mind and left our bags at the desk. When we got back we were proposed a beautiful upgrade for the inconvenience - even if there was not really one. Breakfast was excellent. Highly recommend this hotel or any of their sister hotels.Good location

Our friends stayed here and were very pleased. They were upgraded to a room with a balcony. We were around the corner from st. Marco piazza and steps from the san zaccaria vaporetto stop. No help needed to get to your room from this location.
Full breakfast was included and very tasty.
